 If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

If you withdraw from the purchase:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery).

• You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Digital downloads or digital products once the download or access has begun
