Right of Withdrawal

Every Jasmine Art piece is made to order just for you. This page explains when you can cancel an order and what happens if something arrives damaged, defective or wrong. It is the same policy shown on our Shipping & Returns page and on every product page.

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, with a full refund.
• After 24 hours, production has started on your piece and the order can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel, email hello@jasmineart.ae or WhatsApp +971 50 112 1713 with your order number.

Every piece is checked before it leaves our studio. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging.
• We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• We collect the original from your door at no cost to you. You don't pay any return shipping.

• Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind (including size or colour choices).
• Not sure which size, frame or colour to pick? WhatsApp us on +971 50 112 1713 before you order and we'll help you choose.

• Refunds are paid in AED to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Tabby).
• Your bank or Tabby may take a few business days to show the refund in your account.

Within 14 days of delivery, email hello@jasmineart.ae or WhatsApp +971 50 112 1713 with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange the replacement or refund and the collection of the original.
