• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders within the UAE are usually delivered in 2–3 business days.
• Jasmine Art is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.

• You can cancel free within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, production has started and the order can't be cancelled.
• Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it free or refund you in full, and collect the original at no cost to you.
