Refund & Replacement Eligibility

• Incorrect Item Received → We'll send the correct one or refund you
• Defective Product → Eligible for replacement or refund after inspection
• Damaged in Transit → Verified damages are refunded or replaced

Because all prints are made to order:

• Before Shipping → Full refund
• After Ready to Ship → 80% refund

Returns Policy

• Custom orders are non-returnable for size or design selection errors
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Pre-approval is required before returning any item
• Custom-made and discounted items cannot be returned

Refund Timeline

• Cash or cheque refunds within 14 days
